Hailey Clauson, one of this year’s SI swimsuit models, is 20 years old, but once upon a time she was a young model who was taken advantage of by Urban Outfitters. No, no, don’t worry they didn’t have a Terry Richardson type taking her pics, but her photoshoot did turn a little on the sexy side, at least, according to her parents, which is why they sued Urban Outfitters for publishing pictures that sexualized their daughter.
It was a whole big thing, I don’t remember if they won the lawsuit and if you care, I’m sorry, but you’ll have to Google that for yourself, ya lazy bum.
These days Clauson has joined a bevy of beautiful women who are willing to sex it up for the Sports Illustrated photographers and it is a glorious thing, especially since nobody is getting sued.
