Ashley Graham is the plus size model everyone is talking about. She recently made history as the first plus size model to land a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover and the hype around her as yet to die down. I’m thinking it’s because she’s hot as fuck, but it might have something to do with scandal and controversy and all those buzzwords that make good headlines.
Some old as fuck SI model, whose name I can’t remember right now and can’t be bothered to look up, made some rather sad comments about Ashley and how unhealthy and gross she is and doesn’t deserve to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated, you know, because that’s an honor that should be reserved for thin blonde people.
Okay, so maybe old as fuck SI model didn’t say those exact things, but I swear that’s what I heard when she said some bullshit about Dr. Oz saying that to be healthy you gotta have a waist that is no bigger than that of a small starving child, and, gawd, since a doctor said it must be true. Putting aside the fact that Dr. Oz has been taken to court for spouting untruths as fact.
It’s all good though, because old as fuck SI model wasn’t being mean. She thinks Ashley has a gorgeous face, gorgeous! She’s just concerned that she’s promoting unhealthy lifestyles to an unsuspecting public. Obviously, because prancing around on a yacht wearing nothing but lingerie is a terrible danger, especially if you’re oiled up. Things could get slippery. More than one person has been lost at sea, because of slippery sun tan lotion.
Fuck Dr. Oz and all his fat shaming concern trolls, they don’t know nothing. They’ve been blinded by science, except the science is wrong and it’s been proven by more science. Personally, I like to be blinded by huge boobs and thick thighs. That’s just the way I like my cookie to crumble and all you haters clearly have your own problems to deal with. Things like internalized misogyny and self-hatred. I don’t have time for that bullshit I’ve got sexy pictures to look at.
